Two Ariane 6 launcher central cores are together for a short period in the Launcher Assembly Building at Europe’s Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana.
The central core is made up of the rocket’s main and upper stages assembled together with an inter-stage structure.
ArianeGroup teams are currently assembling the central core of the launcher for the Ariane 6 inaugural flight.
In parallel, the launcher which was used for the combined tests has now been removed from the launch pad. The central core of the test launcher is now itself in storage in the same Launcher Assembly Building.
